Where Application for Integrated Approval Made. Applications for integrated approval shall be made with the Ministry of Human Settlements through its regulatory arm, the Human Settlements Regulatory Commission which is hereby authorized to prescribe application requirements and impose the necessary conditions on approvals and applications.
