Authority to Issue Supplemental Rules, Directives and Interpretative Memorandum and Circular. In the implementation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 220 and these Rules and Standards, the Commission, through its Chief Executive Officer, is hereby authorized to issue supplemental rules, directives and interpretative memorandum and circulars.
