(a) Any decision, order or resolution of the Commission shall become final and executory if no appeal is taken therefrom within ten (10) days from notice thereof. All awards granted by the Commission in cases appealed from decisions of the System shall be effected within fifteen days from receipt of notice. (b) In all other cases, decisions, orders and resolutions of the Commission which have become final and executory shall be enforced and executed in the same As amended by Sec. 3 of P.D. No. 1921 (1984).
