If the offense is As amended by Republic Act No. 10757, [April 8, 2016] As amended by Sec. 3 of B.P. Blg. 70 (1980). 49 of 159 committed by a corporation, trust, firm, partnership, association or any other entity, the penalty shall be imposed upon the guilty officer or officers of such corporation, trust, firm, partnership, association or entity.
