Any violation of this Chapter or its implementing rules and regulations shall be subject to the general penalty clause provided for in this Code. For other training programs, please see R.A. No. 7686, Dual Training System Act of 1994, and R.A. No. 7323, Summer Program for Employment of Students. Superseded by paragraph (n) of Section 4 (Definition of Terms) of R.A. No. 7796, The TESDA Act of 1994, which defines learners as "persons hired as trainees in semi-skilled and other industrial occupations which are non-apprenticeable.
