Section 12Republic Act No. 992, Presidential Decrees No. 75 and 999 and all laws, decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree are , Sec./Art. 12

Fiscal Year. The fiscal year for all branches, subdivisions, instrumentalities, departments, bureaus, offices and agencies of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines, including government-owned or controlled corporations and local governments shall be the period beginning with the first day of January and ending with the thirty-first day of December of each calendar year.
