Section 56Republic Act No. 992, Presidential Decrees No. 75 and 999 and all laws, decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree are , Sec./Art. 56

Appointment of Budget Officers. No person shall be appointed as budget officer in any department, bureau, office or agency unless he meets qualification and/or training requirements established by the Budget Commission as prerequisite to appointment, in addition to other qualification requirements prescribed by the Civil Service Commission for the position.
