Section 90Republic Act No. 992, Presidential Decrees No. 75 and 999 and all laws, decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree are , Sec./Art. 90

Repealing Clause. The provision of Sections 1656 and 1657 of the Revised Administrative Code, Commonwealth Act No. 246, Republic Act No. 992, Presidential Decrees No. 75 and 999 and all laws, decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree are hereby repealed and/or modified accordingly.
