Repealing clause. Chapter 26 (Accounting Law) of Act 2711 is hereby repealed. All other laws, executive orders, proclamations, decrees, instructions, rules and regulations, or parts thereof which are inconsistent or in conflict with any provision of this Code shall be deemed repealed or modified accordingly.
