Role of the Bureau of Lands and the Land Registration Commission. The Bureau of Lands and the Land Registration Commission shall provide the Ministry with the cadastral maps and other information entered into the Development Registry.
The Land Registration Commission, shall prior to registration of any transactions affecting properties in the Urban Zones, first secure clearance from the Ministry.
