Penal Provisions. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate the provisions of this Decree and/or any rules or regulations issued thereunder shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than twenty thousand pesos (P20,000) and/or imprisonment of not more than ten years or both at the discretion of the court, Provided that in the case of a corporation, firm, partnership, or association, the penalty shall be imposed upon its officials for such violation, and in case the guilty party is an alien, he shall immediately be deported after payment of the fine and serving the imprisonment.
Provided further, that every day that the violation shall be carried on or permitted to be carried on shall be considered as a separate offense.
