Separability Clause. - The provisions of this Decree are hereby deemed separable. If any provision thereof be declared invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the other provisions which shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 24. Effectivity. - This Decree shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette and/or in newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 5th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-five.
