Section 26Republic Act No. 2260, as amended, and as organized under the Integrated Reorganization Plan may serve as the nucleus of the Civil Service Commission., Sec./Art. 26

Salary Increase or Adjustment. Adjustments in salaries as a result of increase in pay levels or upgrading of positions which do not involve a change in qualification requirements shall not require a new appointments except that copies of the salary adjustment notices shall be submitted to the Commission for record purposes.
