All laws, executive orders, decrees, rules and regulations or parts thereof, contrary to or inconsistent with the provision of this Decree are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.

This decree shall take effect immediately.

Done in the City of Manila, this 11th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-six.
