Employment of Respiratory Therapists in Pulmonary Units and Laboratories. - Hospitals, clinics, home care, medical centers and similar establishments shall be required to employ and station at least three (3) registered respiratory therapists, under the direction of a physician, who shall be on duty for each shift to ensure that the services they offer comply with professional standards.
