Executive and Other Committees of the TPAMB. - There shall be an Executive Committee (ExeCom) to which the TPAMB may delegate some of its powers and functions. Its members shall be chosen by the TPAMB from among themselves.
The TPAMB may create other committees as it may deem necessary.
