Violation of Standards. - The owner, operator and top three (3) officers of any vessel violating the standards set by the TPAMB such as, but not limited to, safety and sanitation standards shall suffer administrative penalty of a fine ranging from Twenty thousand pesos (P20,000.00) to Fifty thousand pesos (P50,000.00) for every day each violation subsists, and from suspension of three (3) months to cancellation of permit to operate in the TRNP.
