Appropriation. - There is hereby appropriated initially the sum of Fifty million pesos (P50,000,000.00) from the funds of the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the organization and operational expenses of the Office of the Prosecutor General for a period of one (1) year form the effectivity of this Act. The said amount shall be added to the annual budget of the DOJ.
