Renaming of the National Historical Institute. - The nomenclature of the National Historical Institute (NHI), established pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 1, series of 1972, is hereby changed to National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP).
The NHCP shall be an independent agency attached to the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCAA).
