Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Lurugan National High School-Lilingayon Annex in Barangay Lilingayon, City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon is hereby separated from the Lurugan National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Lilingayon National High School.
