Implementing Rules and Regulations. - The NDRRMC. through its Chairperson. shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act within ninety (90) days after approval of this Act. The OCD. in consultation with key stakeholders. shall take the lead in the preparation of the implementing rules and regulations with the active involvement of the technical management group of the NDRRMC.
