Opposition or Challenge of Claims. Within thirty (30) days from the expiration of the period stated in the immediately preceding section, the debtor, creditors, stakeholders and other interested parties may submit a challenge to claim/s to the court, serving a certified copy on the rehabilitation receiver and the creditor holding the challenged claim/so Upon the expiration of the thirty (30)-day period, the rehabilitation receiver shall submit to the court the registry of claims which shall include undisputed claims that have not been subject to challenge.
