Out-of-Court or Informal Restructuring Agreements and Rehabilitation Plans. - An out-of-curt or informal restructuring agreement or Rehabilitation Plan that meets the minimum requirements prescribed in this chapter is hereby recognized as consistent with the objectives of this Act.
