The Executive Officers. - The Executive Officials of the Academy shall be composed of a President and three (3) Chancellors and Vice Chancellors to administer the institutes for the BIR, the BOC and the BLGF, respectively, all to be appointed by the Secretary of Finance for a term of three (3) years without prejudice to subsequent reappointment.
