Power of the Board of Directors/Trustees to Discipline, Remove Officers of GOCC. - Subject to existing civil service laws, rules and regulations, the Board shall have the authority to discipline the CEO, or order the removal from office, upon a majority vote of the members of the Board who actually took part in the investigation and deliberation.
