Transitory Provision. - The Privatization Council and the Privatization and Management Office created under Executive Order No. 323, Series of 2000, shall continue to implement and finish the privatization of GOCCs that have been identified by the said Privatization Council arid approved for privatization by the President prior to the effectivity of this Act: Provided, however, That the privatization of said GOCCs that remain unfinished at the end of two (2) years after the effectivity of this Act shall be automatically transferred to the GCG which shall continue the privatization of the GOCCs.
