The City Schools Division. (a) There shall be maintained by the DepED the existing three (3) city school districts of the City of Bacoor, each headed by a district supervisor under a schools division whose area of jurisdiction will cover the school districts within the City.
(b) The city schools division shall be headed by a city schools division superintendent who must possess the necessary qualifications required by the DepED.
