EIection of Provincial Governor and Sangguniang Fanlalawigan Members of the Province of Pampanga. -The qualified voters of Mabalacat City shall be qualified to vote and run for any elective position in the elections for provincial governor, provincial vice governor.-sangguniang panlafawigan members and other elective positions for the Province of Pampanga.
