Indication of Certificate of Registration and Professional Tax Receipt. A registered geologist shall be required to indicate his/her certificate of registration number, the duration of validity, including the professional tax and the APO membership receipt number on the documents he/she signs, uses or issues in connection with the practice of his/her profession.
