Implementing Rules and Regulations. Subject to the approval of the Commission, the Board, in consultation with other related agencies, shall adopt and promulgate such IRR, the Code of Ethics, and the Code of Professional and Technical Standards for Geologists to carry out the provisions of this Act which shall be effective within ninety (90) days from the constitution of the first Board.
