Civil Forfeiture. The procedure for the civil forfeiture of property or funds found to be in any way related to financing of terrorism under Section 4 and other offenses punishable under Sections 5, 6, and 7 of this Act shall be made in accordance with the AMLA, as amended, its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations and the Rules of Procedure promulgated by the Supreme Court.
