Incumbent Representative and Sangguniang Panlungsod Members. The incumbent Representative and Sangguniang Panlungsod members of the Second (2nd) Legislative District of Quezon City shall continue to hold office until the new Representatives and Sangguniang Panlungsod members shall have been elected and qualified.
