Separation and Conversion, into a National High School. - The Don Felix Serra National High School -Bad-as Extension in Barangay Bad-as, Municipality of San Joaquin, Province of Iloilo is hereby separated from the Don Felix Serra National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Bad-as National High School.
