Separation and Conversion into a National High School. The Bobon National High School Annex B in Barangay Dahican, City of Mati, Province of Davao Oriental is hereby separated from the Bobon National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Doña Rosa Garcia Rabat Memorial National High School.
