Establishment of an Elementary School. It is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, an elementary school in Barangay Linampongan, Municipality of Pontevedra, Province of Capiz to be known as Congressman Dinggoy Araneta Roxas Memorial Elementary School.
