Conversion. The Catanduanes State Colleges (CSC) in the Province of Catanduanes, composed of CSC Virac Campus in the Municipality of Virac and CSC Panganiban Campus in the Municipality of Panganiban, both located in the Province of Catanduanes, is hereby converted into a state university to be known as the Catanduanes State University, hereinafter referred to as the University. The main campus of the University shall be in Virac, Catanduanes.
