Separation and Conversion into a National High School. The Calabanga National High School Quipayo Annex in Barangay Quipayo, Municipality of Calabanga, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby separated from the Calabanga National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Quipayo National High School.
