Separation and Conversion into a National Vocational High School. The Pinukpuk Vocational High School Tappo Annex in Barangay Apatan, Municipality of Pinukpuk, Province of Kalinga is hereby separated from the Pinukpuk Vocational High School and converted into an independent national vocational high school to be known as Tappo Vocational High School.
