Establishment ofaNational Technical-Vocational High School.- There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, a national technical-vocational high school in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Liloan, Province of Southern Leyte to be known as Liloan National Technical-Vocational High School.
