Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Constancio Padilla National High School Caanawan Annex in Barangay Caanawan, City of San Jose, Province of Nueva Ecij a is hereby separated from the Constancio Padilla National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Caanawan National High School.
