Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Carigara School of Fisheries - Sogod Annex in Barangay So god, Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte is hereby separated from the Carigara School of Fisheries and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Sogod National High School.
