Two (2) Regional Trial Court branches with one (1) seat each at the cities of Naga and Carcar, all in the Province of Cebu, are hereby created in the Seventh Judicial Region.
The Supreme Court shall assign the branch number of the newly-created Regional Trial Court branches in the Seventh Judicial Region.
