Foreign Reciprocity. No foreign interior designer shall be issued a certificate of registration to practice the interior design profession or be entitled to any of the rights and privileges under this Act unless the country of which he/she is a subject or citizen has a policy which permits Filipino interior designers to practice within its territorial limits on the same basis as the subjects or citizens of such foreign state or country.
