The Provincial Schools Division. (a) The DepED shall, within two (2) months upon the commencement of the corporate existence of the province herein created, establish and maintain a separate schools division in the province whose jurisdiction shall cover all the municipalities of the new province.
(b) The provincial schools division shall be headed by a division superintendent who must possess the necessary qualifications required by the DepED.
