There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways, a second district engineering office in the Mountain Province comprising the municipalities of Barlig, Natonin and Paracelis located in the Municipality of Natonin to be known as the Mountain Province Second District Engineering Office.1wphi1
