Subsection (e) of Section 9 of Republic Act No. 7306 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 9. Functions of the Network. The Network shall have the following functions:
"(a) x x x;
"(b) x x x;
"(c) x x x;
"(d) x x x;
"(e) to provide subsidized airtime to legitimate peoples organizations and nongovernment organizations (NGOs) in the promotion of their programs and projects;
"(f) x x x; and
"(g) X X X."
