Conversion of Provincial Road. The provincial road traversing the barangrays of Divisoria, La Suerte, Catarauan, Nanuccauan and Bayabat, all in the Municipality of Amulung, Cagayan is hereby converted into a national road under the jurisdiction and supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways.
