Separation and Conversion into a National High School. The Cawagayan National High School Socbot Annex in Barangay Socbot, Municipality of Pinukpuk, Province of Kalinga is hereby separated from the Cawagayan National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Socbot National High School.
