Separation and Conversion into a National High School. The Esteban Madrona Memorial High School Binongaan Annex in Barangay Binongaan, Municipality of San Agustin, Province of Romblon is hereby separated from the Esteban Madrona Memorial High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Eduardo M. Moreno National High School.
