Separation and Conversion into a National High School. The Gingoog City Comprehensive National High School BACKKISMI Annex in Barangay Binakalan, City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental is hereby separated from the Gingoog City Comprehensive National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as BACKKISMI Comprehensive National High School.
